Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us first so we can arrange the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
